Ois Voice ! is an Austrian pop-a cappella-group that consists of five male singers and one sound engineer. Founded in 2002, Ois Voice ! has developed musically over the years, which made them finally win the 2nd prize as well as the gold diploma of international Ward Swingle Award 2008 in the pop category. The name “Ois Voice !” [meaning: voice only] has emerged by translating the primarily Italian expression “a cappella” into “Stenglish”, a fantasy-mixture of Styrian dialect and English. This fusion of traditional dialect and world language already indicates the musical diversity of the group. Today, Ois Voice ! stands for brilliant music, but also for fun and action on stage, always with the aim to perfectly entertain the audience. The wide repertoire ranges from lively comedy to top-forty-hits, groovy gospels and soulful ballads. Even pop music from Austria and some evergreens invite the audience to s(w)ing along. Compositions that could hit the charts and high class arrangements round off this unforgettable musical experience.
